There are numerous sources of information available to carers and patients. In this section we have tried to select some of the best, giving you somewhere to go for any information that you may require.

  Dementia related sites and pages
  
  
• Organisations
  A list of organisations, their addresses and telephone numbers, with a brief outline of how they can help. If they have a web site, this link will be shown both here and under the links section.
  
  
• Books and booklets
  Those books that you cannot do without! There are many more books and booklets out there - the Alzheimer’s Society provides a list of other publications that may help. The ones listed here have come highly recommended by carers who have come into contact with us and represent the 'essential reads'.
